West Dean Summer Show,  2024 

My MFA Year 1 Interim Exhibition conveyed my experience of being in the landscape at West Dean. Using vibrant colour and gestural mark-making, I created a representation of place on horizontal and lateral boards to suggest a controlled and reduced perception. This manipulated view was to draw attention to the concept of  'landscape' as a construct.  The strategy also hinted at a crisis of connection with the environment in our digitised lives.
